Car magnets adhere to steel vehicle surfaces such as car doors, truck tailgates and van panels. They do not adhere to aluminum, fiberglass, plastic or non-metallic body panels, which are increasingly common on newer vehicles. Before ordering, confirm that the surface you plan to use is steel by testing it with a standard refrigerator magnet.

Yes. Car magnets are designed to be removed, stored flat and reapplied as needed. This makes them ideal for situations where you want to use different vehicles on different days, or where multiple employees, volunteers or supporters will each display a magnet on their own vehicle. Store flat in a cool, dry location when not in use.

Vehicle wraps and permanent decals offer more complete coverage and are better for long-term, full-time branding on a dedicated vehicle. Car magnets are the right choice when you need flexibility — removing the magnet after business hours, switching between personal and commercial use or distributing to multiple people whose vehicles are not your own. Magnets are also significantly less expensive than wraps.

For best results, submit print-ready artwork as a high-resolution PDF, AI or EPS file at the final magnet size with bleed included. Keep key design elements well within the edge of the magnet to ensure nothing is cut off. Our team can advise on sizing and layout before production begins.
